This restaurant was worth the trip up from Rasiglia. The family is warm and friendly, the views are beautiful, and the food was delicious.

We came in with the promise of local cuisine, which we got. The selection is not large, but we didn't go for the menu, but for the local dishes. However, the quantity was generous and the flavors were fantastic. There is a real family business, which also defined the atmosphere. Thanks for that! I truly recommend it to everyone who wants to authentically taste the local flavors and benefit from real hospitality. 🫶👍

Traditional Italian restaurant run by a family. Delicious home made food. Big portions. The menu depends on the time of the year and it is changing. It's a place in a hidden small town between the mountains with a fireplace inside and beautiful mountain views around. In the summer you can sit outside in the big garden

One of the best meals I have had in Italy. My wife is from Marche and we come back every Christmas. This cuisine is authentic to the Umbrian Region and I highly recommend visiting. Enjoy

Fantastic lunch experience with copious amounts served from antipasti to dessert & coffee. All pasta, bread and many liqueurs are home-made (do try the nocino if they have any left!) and go easy on the amount of dishes you order per person. We shared 3 antipasti, 3 primi and 3 secondi with 4 people and loved every single dish. The menu changes according to the season and the local produce of the day, so it's always fresh and you can taste it's prepared with love, passion and pride. Even our friends from Rome where thoroughly impressed and it takes a fair bit to satisfy Italians! I hope to return one day.Wonderful family restaurant. Delicious local food and warm service.

Sono stato con un amico in questo ristorante a un paio di km a Rasiglia, una domenica a pranzo.
Il locale è in mezzo al verde, in un posto tranquillo, fuori dal via vai di gente del borgo.
Locale spazioso e pulito, gestito da personale femminile che ti suggerisce i piatti del giorno, che consiglio di provare perchè sono veramente squisiti.
Non c'è tanta scelta ma quello che abbiamo provato è stato veramenta superlativo con porzioni veramente abbondanti.
Ottime le pappardelle al cinghiale e gli agnolotti al tartufo, la pasta penso sia fatta in casa perchè era veramente buona.
Come secondo il mio collega ha ordinato il cinghiale e io il maialino arrosto, cucinato a cottura lenta con tutti gli odori coltivati in loco.
Fantastico....
Anche il vino rosso ottimo, in linea con il tutto.
Il prezzo onesto per la quantità e la qualità di quello che abbiamo gustato.

I was with a friend in this restaurant a couple of km away in Rasiglia, one Sunday for lunch. The place is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the village. Spacious and clean place, managed by female staff who suggest the dishes of the day, which I recommend trying because they are truly exquisite. There is not much choice but what we tried was truly superb with truly abundant portions. The pappardelle with wild boar and the agnolotti with truffle were excellent, I think the pasta is homemade because it was really good. As for my colleague, he ordered the wild boar and I ordered the roast suckling pig, slow cooked with all the herbs grown on site. Fantastic.... The red wine was also excellent, in line with everything. The price was honest for the quantity and quality of what we tasted. Reading the reviews of other places, it is definitely the best restaurant in Rasiglia,

Dopo una visita al borgo di Rasiglia..... Un signore del posto incontrato per caso... ci ha invitato ad andare in questo riatorante. Dista pochi chilometri dal borgo di Rasiglia ma ne vale veramente la pena.... Accoglienza top cibo fatto in casa e piatti tipici buonissimi.... Anche il posto merita... Siamo stati benissimo.... Se vi trovate nei paraggi è assolutamente da provare

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo splendido ristorante a gestione familiare (madre e figlia) su consiglio di un negoziante di Rasiglia, uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia situato poco distante dal ristorante. Posto accogliente che ti porta subito a sentirti come se fossi a mangiare da amici o in famiglia. Cibo ottimo e porzioni generosissime!!!!!

I sapori gustosi, le porzioni abbondanti ed il personale gentilissimo ti fanno subito desiderare di ritornare dentro appena devi ripartire; erano super disponibili anche per necessità di dieta (vegetariani, celiaci ecc).
Io (vegetariana) ho preso un primo al tartufo, il mio ragazzo invece ha preso un primo del giorno (tagliatelle con ragù di cinghiale in bianco) ed insieme un assaggio di Pecorino e prosciutto.

In addition to its beautiful medieval city, Rasiglia hides this little pearl, at Paola you immediately feel like a guest at a friend's house. The tasty flavors, the generous portions and the very kind staff make you immediately want to come back inside as soon as you have to leave; they were super available even for dietary needs (vegetarians, celiacs etc). I (vegetarian) had a first course with truffles, my boyfriend instead had a first course of the day (tagliatelle with wild boar ragù in white) and together a taste of Pecorino and ham. I will definitely come back to try their antipastone!

Werkelijk fantastisch gegeten hier. Alle gerechten waren zonder overdrijven uitstekend. De pasta was vers en de saus geweldig op smaak. Het speenvarken heel erg lekker. Concept was ook eens verfrissend, alle hoofdgerechten kosten 15€ inclusief de coperta. Voor wat ze bieden echt een koopje. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het restaurant ook. Het beste restaurant van onze vakantie van 10 dagen!

The best restaurant of our 10-day vacation!
